    By using SPS One Hub services, you agree to these terms.


    Service Scope

    SPS One Hub provides software access, CRM systems, automation tools, AI integrations, websites, marketing support, business consulting, workflow setup, and managed marketing services depending on your selected package. Specific deliverables vary by package tier.


    No Guaranteed Results

    SPS One Hub does not guarantee:

    • Revenue increases
    • Lead volume
    • SEO rankings
    • Ad performance
    • Sales outcomes
    • Review volume
    • Business growth
    • Website traffic

    Results depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, client responsiveness, offer quality, ad budgets, industry competition, and implementation participation.


    Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate information
    • Maintaining lawful business operations
    • Reviewing submitted content
    • Approving deliverables
    • Providing requested account access
    • Complying with platform policies
    • Following applicable marketing and communication laws

    Subscription & Billing

    Certain SPS One Hub services operate on recurring monthly billing.

    By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments according to your selected package.

    Failure to maintain payment may result in:

    • Service interruption
    • Workflow suspension
    • CRM access limitations
    • Automation shutdown
    • Website suspension

    Cancellation Policy

    Clients may cancel recurring services according to their service agreement terms.

    Previously completed setup work, onboarding, custom builds, strategy work, and implementation services are generally non-refundable.


    AI & Automation Disclaimer

    AI-generated content, automation logic, AI voice systems, AI chat systems, and related technologies may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs.

    Clients are responsible for reviewing business-critical communications and workflows.


    Platform Availability

    SPS One Hub utilizes third-party systems and infrastructure providers. Temporary outages, delays, or disruptions may occasionally occur outside our control.


    Intellectual Property

    SPS One Hub retains ownership of proprietary systems, workflows, templates, automations, onboarding structures, AI configurations, and internal processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Clients retain ownership of their business content and branding materials.


    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPS One Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of services.


    Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by applicable laws within the operating jurisdiction of SPS One Hub.


    Package Tier Disclaimers

    Option 1 — CRM LaunchPad

    The CRM LaunchPad package is designed to provide foundational CRM access, onboarding, and starter automation setup. Client participation is required for successful implementation and long-term effectiveness. Included automations are default starter configurations and may require future customization depending on business complexity.

    Option 2 — AI Website Growth Standard

    The AI Website Growth Standard package includes AI-related tools, CRM enhancements, automation services, and website-related functionality designed to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

    AI tools are assistive technologies and may require human oversight, refinement, and ongoing optimization.

    Website recommendations and online presence reviews are strategic evaluations and do not guarantee specific conversion or ranking outcomes.

    Option 3 — Done 4 You AI

    The Done 4 You AI package includes expanded AI integrations, automation setup, workflow customization, and advanced support features.

    Implementation timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness, account access, platform integrations, and project scope complexity.

    Performance improvements depend on business participation, traffic quality, lead handling, and operational execution.

    Option 4 — Fast Track

    Fast Track is a custom implementation and marketing system buildout service. Timelines, deliverables, and functionality may vary based on project requirements and approved scope.

    Website builds, AI systems, workflows, portals, ads, and integrations require collaboration, approvals, and timely communication from the client.

    Ad performance and lead generation results are influenced by budget, industry conditions, market competition, and offer quality.

    Managed by SPS

    Managed by SPS provides ongoing marketing and system management support. While SPS One Hub actively manages campaigns, systems, and optimization efforts, no guarantees are made regarding specific financial outcomes, lead volume, or business growth.

    Clients remain responsible for business operations, fulfillment quality, sales processes, and customer interactions.

    By subscribing to SPS One Hub, you authorize recurring monthly billing based on your selected plan until canceled. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to prevent renewal charges.

    The Ultimate Partner — Managed by SPS package requires a custom service agreement, client-specific management retainer, and applicable monthly SPS One Hub charges based on scope of services.

    Results are not guaranteed. SPS One Hub provides technology, automation, and business systems designed to support growth and efficiency; outcomes vary based on implementation, market conditions, and business factors.

    Besides Core Lead Engine Access, which is the only package that offers a 14-day full access trial, all other package tiers have a 14-day money back guarantee trial after first subscription period payment. These tiers require payment before access due to setup and strategy requirements. Fast Track Elite and higher-tier subscriptions include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after the first subscription payment (ends August 31st, 2026). Eligible subscription fees may be refunded when cancellation is requested within the applicable period. Additional terms and exclusions apply.
