Customers are responsible for their own business operations, marketing decisions, compliance requirements, implementation, and results. SPS One Hub provides tools, systems, and support designed to assist business growth but does not guarantee success.
Recurring Subscription Billing Disclosure
By subscribing to SPS One Hub services, you authorize Sincere Property Solutions LLC / SPS One Hub to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.
All subscription packages, except Ultimate Partner — Managed by SPS, operate as recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated.
Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time according to the cancellation terms provided within your account agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming renewal charge.
Subscription fees provide access to the SPS One Hub platform, included features, training, resources, automation tools, support, and services associated with your selected package.
Changes, upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations may affect future billing cycles and included services.
Ultimate Partner — Managed by SPS Disclosure
The Ultimate Partner — Managed by SPS package operates differently from standard subscription plans.
This program requires:
- A custom client-specific service agreement
- A customized management retainer
- The applicable monthly SPS One Hub platform/service charge
- Scope-of-work approval based on business needs and selected services
Pricing, deliverables, support level, management services, and implementation requirements are customized based on each client’s goals, systems, industry, and operational needs.
The Ultimate Partner — Managed by SPS agreement is governed by the individual client service agreement and applicable terms.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Besides Core Lead Engine Access, which is the only package that offers a 14-day full access trial, all other package tiers have a 14-day money back guarantee trial after the first subscription period payment.
These tiers require payment before access due to setup and strategy requirements.
Fast Track Elite & Higher Tier 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Fast Track Elite and higher-tier SPS One Hub subscriptions include a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee following the initial subscription payment. This 30-day trial offer ends August 31st, 2026.
Eligible customers may request cancellation within 30 calendar days of the first subscription payment to receive a refund of eligible subscription fees paid during that period.
Refund eligibility excludes:
- Setup fees
- Completed custom implementation work
- Third-party software costs
- Advertising spend
- Domain purchases
- External services
- Other non-subscription expenses
Refund requests must be submitted before the expiration of the 30-day period.
